It is possible to add a default organisation contact to the Help page for foundation doctors, this will replace the list of automatically generated administrator email addresses. This is intended for use by organisations who would like their foundation doctors/NTGs to contact them using a generic centralised inbox.
If your organisation wishes to nominate a default contact please email the Horus ePortfolio ServiceDesk (servicedesk.horus@hee.nhs.uk) and provide the below details.
Trust/Site (including ODS code) - Example: Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust [R0A]
Name of default contact - Example: Postgraduate team
Email Address - Example: Example.GenericInbox@FakeEmail.nhs.uk
Description (if applicable) - Example: 'For F1 and F2 use only' (note this field can be left blank if required)
Please note multiple default contacts can be provided so it is possible to nominate a specific contact for foundation doctors and then another for your non-trainee grade users.
