11:50 - Horus ePortfolio ServiceDesk is now receiving tickets and sending emails once again.
09:30 - Due to a technical issue we are currently unable to receive any new tickets or respond to any tickets received before 19:00 on 02 March 21 via the Horus ePortfolio ServiceDesk. This issue is currently being investigated by the appropriate team and we will provide an update once we know more.
