The issue of Horus ePortfolio being unable to sync data with elfh has now been resolved. Any missing elfh data should now start to pull through to Horus ePortfolio and be displayed on Foundation Doctors account’s.
If after 24 hours you still have missing elfh data please contact the Horus ePortfolio ServiceDesk (england.servicedesk.horus@nhs.net) and provide a copy of your elfh activity report (please ensure the activity report is unfiltered and contains all the data from the elfh account) and this will be investigated further.

The issue of Horus ePortfolio being unable to sync with elfh is still ongoing. The Horus developers are in communication with the elfh developers regarding the cause of the issue.
If any foundation doctors are worried about missing e-learning data due to their upcoming ARCP they can follow the guidance here and evidence achievement of them manually.

Horus ePortfolio is still intermittently having issues syncing with elfh and displaying completed elfh modules. The Horus ePortfolio developers are investigating the issue and a further update will be posted here on Wednesday 30th April.

The issue of Horus ePortfolio being unable to sync with elfh has now been resolved. Eligible elfh content should start to pull through and be displayed in users portfolio's in a 24 hour period.
If after the 24 hours your content has still not pulled through to your Horus account please contact the Horus ePortfolio ServiceDesk and we can take a closer look. When you contact the ServiceDesk regarding this issue please provide a copy of your activity report from elfh and please ensure the activity report is unfiltered and contains all the details from your account.

Horus ePortfolio is currently experiencing issues syncing with elfh. This will result in any newly completed modules not showing on Horus accounts and will prevent any modules showing for newly connected accounts.
The Horus ePortfolio developers are aware and are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
