From Monday 21/7/25, an extra layer of security will be added when you log in. After entering your username and password, you will receive a six-digit code via email, which you’ll need to enter to complete the login process.

If you prefer, you can set up an authenticator app instead of receiving emails. Further details on how to set this up will be published on the support site when the change goes live.
